Summary:
After my first 6 months at Nike, I had the chance to lead The Force Is Female campaign in Milan, drafting and executing the whole marketing plan while teaming up with the comms & retail functions. As the youngest brand guy in the office, and within the Nike Women Brand Marketing team, who would have been more entitled than me to establish the new crucial conversation with the upcoming GenZ?
By teaming up with several talents, local communities, and Her, we focused on a digital journey to elevate the “Force Is Female” message inviting Milanese youngsters to gather for a one of a kind talk in the Nike CVE flagship store aside from the possibility to have a special sneakers customization for the entire duration of the event.















This would have never been possible without you: young talented actress / YouTuber Mariasole Pollio for being the voice of the movement, Flying Girls Milano (Najla, Sofia, Arianna, Silvia, and Greta) beloved crew and running community, Eleonora Borgioli, role model, cross-fitter & weightlifter athlete, last but definitely not the least, my Tuttx Collective (Elisa, Cecilia, Giada, Giulia, Manola and Lisa) creative collective using illustration to raise awareness around gender issues.
